What do we offer?

  • Flexible working hours. Our full time week is 37 hours, Monday to Friday. Our flexi-time scheme enables you to fit your working week around the needs of your team and your own personal commitments to achieve a good work/life balance.
  • Our Pension scheme is stakeholder friendly with employer contributions which match up to 6%.
  • Our Private Medical Insurance is provided by Standard Life
    - Within the scheme employees are entitled to staff medical cover.
    - Family members may be enrolled into the scheme at a discounted fee which can be deducted monthly from salary.
  • All current employees are covered by Life Assurance of 4 x annual salary.
  • We also give 25 working days paid holiday per annum. This doesn't include Bank Holidays - you will get those too. We usually close between Christmas and New Year so you'll be reminded to save holidays for that.
  • Our Employee Assistance Programme provides a free confidential advice phone service to all our employees 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Areas covered include financial or legal information services, health, family and work issues. The service also provides access specialist counselling and support.
  • Our Staff Forum, established to communicate, inform and consult with employees of the Company on all collective employment related matters also works hard to meet your needs and raise your thoughts on a regular basis.
