If I'm selected for interview - what can I expect?
When you get the call to advise you that you have been invited for interview you need to start preparing straight away - we want the real you to come across at interview and the more you prepare the more comfortable you will feel.
Our assessments will usually include a Competency Based Interview (further details given in faqs below).
During a competency based interview the interviewer will want to search for a number of skills or characteristics that can be identified as being important for success in the role in question.
