Are there any other parts to the interview / assessment process?
Different roles have slightly different assessments according to the competencies associated with the role. For example, where you are applying for a role that requires you to build relationships with business clients by telephone, you may be asked to take part in a short telephone based role play to demonstrate your skills in this area.
